This is called the McDonald Mansion area of Santa Rosa. In my opinion it is the BEST area of Santa Rosa. I absolutely love it over there. Not only the houses, but the streets are wide and quite and just amazing. I was driving over to the Town and Country Market to visit Village Bakery where I ordered a Marion Berry pie for my bosses birthday today (I will take a picture of the pie later after I pick it up).
I took pictures of two houses and a picture of the street. There are smaller houses then the ones you see and there are larger houses. The McDonald Mansion is being renovated. McDonald Ave. in Santa Rosa - McDonald Mansion
I've always wondered what it would have been like to live in a house like these!
