My healthy dinner!
I did not eat very well this weekend and now I am trying to be good. I made my turkey wrap (lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard and balsamic dressing) and apples.

April 26, 2009Today the girls met at Latitudes in Rohnert Park for cocktails to celebrate Lorraine's birthday. Unfortunately, I didn't get a photo of everyone so this will just have to do.

Toonces was not having a good couple of days. He was very sickly looking and I was worried he was not going to make it too much longer (he is 16 years old). He is doing better now with special food.

Girly day
April 18, 2009 - Today I had some friends over for a girly get together. Some of them suspected I had evil intentions, but no I just wanted friends that I have known for a long time and my newer friends to meet. It was a GREAT day and I do have the best friends.
These are the beautiful tulips that Janet brought. Tulips are one of my favorite flowers.

Yummy Pie
This is the pie I bought at Village Bakery in Santa Rosa. They have yummy looking breads, scones, cookies and cakes as well. This is a Marion Berry Pie and it was very very good.

McDonald Mansion
This is called the McDonald Mansion area of Santa Rosa. In my opinion it is the BEST area of Santa Rosa. I absolutely love it over there. Not only the houses, but the streets are wide and quite and just amazing. I was driving over to the Town and Country Market to visit Village Bakery where I ordered a Marion Berry pie for my bosses birthday today (I will take a picture of the pie later after I pick it up).
I took pictures of two houses and a picture of the street. There are smaller houses then the ones you see and there are larger houses. The McDonald Mansion is being renovated. McDonald Ave. in Santa Rosa - McDonald Mansion

April 5, 2009 - Apparently Toonces was feeling dirty. He loves to sit in the tub. He doesn't even get scared if I start the water.

My favorite book is The Street Lawyer by John Grisham, which is missing right now. I think it may be in Shane's room. I may never see it again. :)

Toonces is such a great cat. He is now 16 years old and just keeps getting sweeter.
Toonces was named after Toonces the Driving Cat on Saturday Night Live. Our dog Phoebe was named after Phoebe on Friends and our dog Colby was named after Colby on Survivor Australia.

Cookies for Rachel
Rachel came home last night on the bus from San Francisco State and is going back tomorrow. I decided to make her some cookies to take back. I am trying my best to not eat any. I only tasted a small bit of cookie dough, which for me is really good for me.
